This role is to ensure the smooth running of the studio and tight established team.
You will be working with the creative team delivering campaigns across a range of media and be responsible for managing resource scheduling within the studio.
You will be able to establish and set up new processes and procedures if you see an opportunity to streamline.
Working closely with the internal stakeholders you will be responsible for providing timelines and quotes for each project.
You should be a super organised project manager who has the ability to juggle multiple projects and ever-changing priorities.
You should be very good at building relationships both internally and externally with stakeholders.
Working in a super supportive team this is a crucial role in the agency’s growth plans and you will be truly valued.
It’s ideal that you have previous traffic management experience in an advertising or marketing agency. You should be a team player who can show initiative. It’s also important that you are a big picture thinker who is always looking for ways to improve current systems and processes.
