Our exciting client is looking for an experienced Design Lead. They are looking for a candidate who is a natural problem solver and an excellent communicator, inquisitive, creative and with an open mindset.
What we are looking for:
- Collaborative team player who can take ownership and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organisations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Must be innovative and understand product thinking.
Responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of the digital strategy of each project (in collaboration with the Head of Experience Design)
- Help drive the company forwards, cementing it as the industry leading platform experience globally.
- Develop proposed information architecture and map required systems integrations
- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, user testing outcomes and high-fidelity prototypes/wireframes both verbally and through execution
- Collaborate across the research, UX, design & development teams.
- Actively self-assess your own work and encourage personal development, taking on feedback from stakeholders, users, and analytics.
Background & experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in a design role.
- 2+ years’ experience in a design leadership role.
- Self-Motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and establish client needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in a fast paced agency.
