Martina brings her experience in retail, sales, finance, and customer service to Become as the highly organised and fast working Operations Manager. She is an expert at liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders, developing long-standing and trustworthy relationships, and using her eye for detail in all aspects of reporting.
She is currently teaching the Sydney team to speak Italian and is the provider of a seemingly never-ending supply of Baci chocolates.
