Our client is full-service communications agency who are on the lookout for a self-driven PR Account Director to join their creative team.

The team is made up of high performing individuals that are passionate about the PR and communications industry. As the Account Director, you will join the agency's leadership team in growing and managing client relationships across a mix of clientele including consumer, corporate, technology, digital, and sustainability clients.

You will be comfortable with leading new business pitches from ideation through to execution. You will find passion in leading and mentoring a team with responsibility in delegation as well as hiring and growing the agency.

Experience
• 5-6 year’s industry experience (PR/comms)
• Natural problem solver who is able to think critically and creatively
• Strong client management skills with experience growing new and existing
accounts
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong writing skills
• Strong strategic communications planning experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience leading and mentoring a team
• Comfortable with presenting
