This agency is a renowned truly integrated agency that has partnered with this large national grocery retailer since its foundation by an enigma of the advertising creative world. They are known for creating some of the most talked about and longest running award winning ads for this national grocery retailer with what could be considered polarising creative choices (at the time).

About the role
This Agency is looking for an Above-The-Line Account Director for an initial 12 month contract who will provide strong project leadership and be a key team member in driving solutions and outcomes. You will need to lead in the creative development of ATL campaigns, be able to provide solutions and guidance when needed, manage client expectations, and ensure that all client feedback is understood and articulated to the creative team.

You will work closely with key agency stakeholders, especially in creative, design, digital, production and animation.
You'll be a partner to your client, guiding them on best practice for ATL campaigns, with an understanding of how this feeds into a TTL approach.
You'll be supported by an established team of account service people and a well-resourced creative team.
Provide financial ownership and management of assigned projects and oversee team finances (forecasting , estimates, P.O.s and JCRs).

About you
Experience in Above the line campaigns with an understanding of Through-the-line campaign management is mandatory.
Extra points for anyone who has worked with FMCG brands or a national grocery retailer.
You must have strong clear and concise communications skills with a passion for creating your client's above and beyond experience.
Experience working for integrated agencies of various sizes.
Be adaptive to competing priorities and have exceptional attention to detail.
Be a leader and provide a supportive internal team environment.
