This agency is now over 10 years young, have almost 40 employees across Sydney and Melbourne and have evolved into many other areas including Digital, Experiential and large integrated campaigns.

They are currently recruiting roles across the agency including an Account Director - Permanent, full time position.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5 years experience within an integrated agency
• Proficient in creative/campaign brief writing
• Understanding and experience in executing large to small integrated brand campaigns
• Exceptional presentation skills – development and presenting
• Proven track record in growing revenue with existing clients 
• Lead, mentor and oversee client service team
• Budget development, management and reporting
• Experience working with FMCG brands is preferred however this is not essential.
