Our reputable global client, founded in Silicon Valley, maintains dynamic partnerships with world-leading brands and is searching for Business consultants to join their ranks in Australia. This role presents a remarkable chance for you to step into the early stages of a global enterprise looking to grow expansionary in Australia, contributing significantly to establishing a robust foundation within the company.
As a key figure within our client's team, you will assume a central role in the complete life cycle management of new clients within the dynamic FMCG, Fashion, and Food Industries.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following:
- Take charge of guiding both technical and business teams to orchestrate cutting-edge solutions for prospective clients.
- Champion the utilisation of agile Methodology to drive seamless project deployment, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional units to devise and execute tailor-made solutions aligned with the specific demands of the target industries.
- Provide adept guidance in system integration, optimisation, and enterprise-level installation.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of customer business processes, leveraging our products to propose innovative solutions that ensure harmonious system integration.
- Mentor and lead fellow consultants, cultivating an atmosphere of growth and excellence within the team.
- Travels across Australia to engage and consult with potential clients.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
- 8-15 Years experience as a Business Consultant/ implementation consultant or a similar role
- Experience in system integration, software configuration, and solution design.
- An inventive and analytic mindset that adeptly identifies customer needs and effectively aligns them with technological solutions.
- Proven experience in areas such as Apparel, Footwear, Fashion, Retail, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, and Beauty.
- Outstanding communication skills that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Familiarity with Agile deployment methodology, and, ideally, Product Life Cycle (PLM) experience.
- A background of at least five years in end-to-end and pre-sales engagements.
- A collaborative nature that thrives in challenging scenarios and embraces continuous learning.
- Product Management certification and an IT background Are a plus but not a necessity
- An understanding of infrastructure and cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
