They are an innovative start-up (founded in 2017) in the Fin-Tech sector and are seeking a Growth Executive to join their team as they experience a period of hyper growth.
About The Role
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Growth Manager(s) to achieve KPIs, meet goals, and execute & on board new active clients
- Contributing to the development and implementation of the sales lead generation to drive growth and to meet the challenges and opportunities of the business
- Delivering against legislative requirements, service agreements and contracts, quality assurance systems and other relevant audits to the business
- Developing both a strong personal and company reputation in the broader payments industry
- Ensuring that all relevant risk, compliance, AML & KYC requirements are understood and adhered to
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A solution selling focus and consultancy experience
- High emotional intelligence with a collaborative approach and a strong eye for detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with finance and payments platforms (though not essential)
- The drive to work to your best of abilities at all times
