About The Client:
Our Client is a leading creative agency dedicated to human-centric design. Their mission is to create memorable, impactful, and emotionally resonant brand experiences that connect with people on a deep level. They work with clients within Government, universities and non-for-profit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with client's brand objectives.
- Execute and contribute to the development of design projects, including branding, identity, packaging, print collateral, and digital assets.
- Conduct research and user-centered design activities to inform design decisions and ensure human-centric solutions.
- Create visually stunning and engaging designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to our design process.
- 3+ years of professional design experience in a branding or creative agency setting.
- Experience within Government, Academic or Non for profit highly regarded.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and strategic design work, including branding and identity projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
- A passion for human-centric design and a commitment to understanding and empathising with end-users.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
