Senior Account Manager/Account Director

This agency is open to seeing CVs from applicants of Senior Account Manager to Account Director level and will tailor the role and salary to suit the chosen candidate.

This independent agency has made a name for itself in Melbourne and London, partnering with health and wellness start-ups to grow their businesses over time. They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director or to join their close-knit team.

Their clients range from retail, food & beverage, FMCG, fitness and even a large insurance group generally with a focus on health and wellness. They believe in nurturing brands and individuals on their journey to fulfilling their potential and communicating the story they believe in, to global audiences with great success.
 
About you:
If you are a no-fuss, Senior Account Manager or Account Director who is willing to roll up your sleeves whilst owning the relationship with some great health and wellness clients this is the role for you. 

You'll also need an appreciation for strategy, as you know things can't just look good, they must also work. Please note this is a small team so you may need to wear many hats and your days will be varied and interesting. 
  
As a SAM/AD financial/commercial acumen are necessary as is a head for strategy as you will be working with key decision-makers internally and within client teams.

Finally, a calm and pragmatic approach to problem-solving along with a mentality of growth as you'll need to probe briefs and work as a close partner with clients.
