Senior Full stack Dev - Full time Melbourne based

Become Recruitment are helping a creative and design agency. We are looking for an eager and exceptionally digital Senior Full stack dev to join their team and help maintain their unique and authentic digital and creative projects.

We are seeking a super star with strong word-press full stack developer skills to join the team in Melbourne.

This role will report to the digital and content director for our client, this individual will need to have strong word-press skills and knowledge of building custom word-press themes. This role will be the senior in developer in the business.

Tech stack -

  • DNS setup & troubleshooting

  • Version control and deployment workflows in GitHub or similar

  • Vue.js

  • SCSS/SASS

  • HTML/CSS

  • PHP

  • JavaScript

Desired skills and experience -

  • Min 5 year's experience in an agency environment where digital services are delivered in-house.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring and overseeing digital development work-flow and other developers.
  • A strong understanding of the creative process and a demonstrated appetite and interest for continued improvement within a rapidly-evolving industry.
  • A strong focus on high quality creative outcomes, coupled with demonstrated financial acumen.
  • Collaboration with account service and creative departments - often being the technical representative for the digital department. Working together on best practice solutions and advising on feasibility.
  • Completing front-end development to a high aesthetic standard with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Building high quality and maintainable back-end code that ensures websites perform well and does not cause issues down the track.
