Our Client

We work with major international asset owners, developers, and local councils to shape places for commercial and social success. We seek an Account Director with a passion for creativity and expertise in property marketing and place making.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive client meetings and outcomes, ensuring satisfaction and success by understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Present to large groups and create compelling proposals that communicate vision and value proposition effectively.
  • Brief and manage creative teams to achieve project goals, ensuring that the creative output aligns with client expectations and project requirements.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to budget constraints while maximising project value.
  • Embrace and implement robust process frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality in project execution while remaining adaptable and responsive to changing needs.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and guiding team members through mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

About You:

  • Client Service experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
  • Deep understanding of property marketing and its nuances, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive project success and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with clients and internal teams, demonstrating the ability to work effectively across different functions and build strong relationships.
  • Impeccably organised and professional in all interactions, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
