We are looking for a true creative with the maturity to help guide their design team, have a fun, creative approach to work and is happy to lean in on the tools when required. This role will report directly to the Head of Design and will have between 5-7 direct reports, across digital design, campaign creative and local area marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
An ability to multi-task and work across multiple brands, coupled with your creative flair for design will hold you in good stead for this role.
- Sound experience in a similar role within the hospitality, fashion or retail industries
- Exceptional communication skills and flair with project juggling
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end creative projects
- Experience in 3D and spatial design would be a bonus!
- Mentor and manage a dynamic creative team
- Track department workflow management
- Approve artwork & creative direction
- Produce creative assets across print, social and digital platforms, guidelines & presentations
- Presenting concepts and liaising with internal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Acting as the brand champion, ensuring all touchpoint is as per guidelines
