Account Manager
This is a unique opportunity to work for one of Sydney's leading independent digital agencies on a dynamic client portfolio.
They're looking for a savvy Account/ Project Manager with a strong campaign and client management background.
A passion for digital marketing is ideal and a willingness to roll your sleeves up, no-nonsense, no ego with a drive to deliver effective strategies for your clients.
The agency gives proactive advice and they work in partnership with their clients and take accountability for results. You will become the trusted extension of your client's team, with the support of an experienced Business Partner.
The role:
- Grow and nurture client accounts, both new and existing.
- Develop and implement strategies, plans, and reports for digital projects.
- Serve as the main account manager across multiple accounts, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Adopt a consultative approach to account management, understanding client needs and providing innovative business solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project management for website/application design and development, from initial brief to final delivery.
- Manage digital marketing channels and platforms, including paid media, web, and SEO, while also handling website maintenance and schedules.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in client servicing and similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people, and adept at handling various client personalities and needs.
- Self-starter with a sense of ownership, professionalism, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Sound understanding of digital production, marketing channels, web design, technical builds, and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
