About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll be a vital part of the agency, responsible for managing the media strategy, execution, and performance for a large portfolio of clients. Your expertise in performance marketing, encompassing platforms like Facebook (META) Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and reporting, will be pivotal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 8-10 client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Media & Performance to set strategic directions, overseeing successful implementation for exceptional client outcomes and retention.
  • Develop and present comprehensive media plans (above & below the line) to clients.
  • Manage and optimise clients' Facebook and Google advertising, along with other digital media channels.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for clients.
  • Regularly report and communicate confidently with clients.
  • Brief and oversee content creation to support digital requirements.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and pursue further training to advance skills in areas like Facebook advertising, Google advertising, and Google Analytics.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous agency or similar in-house role experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing Facebook Ads.
