Senior Account Director
An electrifying opportunity awaits for an accomplished Senior Account Director to join the esteemed ranks of a pioneering independent digital agency in Sydney, spearheading a dynamic portfolio of client projects.

As a Senior Account Director, you'll not only serve as a trusted advisor but also as a catalyst for innovation, supported by the seasoned wisdom of a trusted Business Partner.
The role:
- Build strong client relationships, serving as a key advisor and contact point.
- Lead strategic campaigns and account strategies to exceed expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction across all deliverables and outputs.
- Collaborate with senior creatives to ensure brand-aligned solutions.
- Manage projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, manage pitches, and contribute to my clients marketing strategy.
Key requirements:
- SAD experience within an agency environment, including managing creative teams and clients in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering end-to-end integrated campaign management with a strategic approach.
- Proven track record of managing direct reports.
- Strategic acumen, ideally with experience in the automotive sector.
