Senior Account Executive

  • Based on the Lower North Shore
  • Hybrid working and a mandatory early finish on all Fridays!

My client is a boutique PR consultancy, harnessing big-agency expertise while offering flexibility and creativity. Our team navigates corporate and consumer PR, serving diverse sectors including technology, health, and tourism. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne, we prioritise accountability and deliver impactful campaigns tailored to maximise commercial success.


  • Contribute effectively to the development and implementation of account plans, actively participating in idea generation sessions, and efficiently coordinating the diverse needs and requirements of multiple accounts.
  • Demonstrate adeptness in managing numerous projects, setting and meeting deadlines with supervision, ensuring seamless progress and successful project completion.
  • Maintain detailed work-in-progress reports for client projects and log pitching activities, ensuring continuous momentum and the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Exhibit exceptional time management and organisational skills across various client projects, effectively juggling multiple responsibilities and ensuring all tasks are executed with efficiency and precision.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and challenges that may arise, collaborating with senior team members to swiftly devise and implement effective solutions, while also adeptly drafting a wide range of well-written materials with minimal feedback.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • 3 years of full-time public relations agency experience is preferred.
  • Consumer industry experience and social media management skills are advantageous.
  • Demonstrate client service skills, excellent communication, organisational abilities, and attention to detail essential.
