About the role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join their medium-sized team. This role offers the flexibility of working two days from home each week, making it an excellent opportunity for professionals returning to the workforce after maternity leave or those wanting a bit more work life balance.
Some Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships with sensitivity and care.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Liaise with various departments within the studio to coordinate and deliver projects successfully.
- Solve problems creatively and efficiently, ensuring project time lines and budgets are adhered to.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and studio performance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in Account Management within the Education, Not-For-Profit, or Health sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural problem solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a medium-sized team, liaising effectively with all departments.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Sensitivity to client needs and a strong customer-focused mindset.
