My client is a highly successful property specialist design agency that is looking for an Account Director to join their buzzing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their business objectives and translating them into creative briefs.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell agency services.
  • Monitor project performance, providing regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client goals and drive agency growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team and clients.
  • Keep the studio running seamlessly, showcasing your prowess even when upper management takes a well-deserved break.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years experience within a design studio or agency environment - including brand activation, branding design and production + brand amplification.
  • Extensive professional experience managing significant client relationships.
  • Sound planning, organisational and decision making skills - ability to juggle many activities / projects and at the one time and set timelines for junior staff members.
  • Ability to to map out a campaign including vision, planning and execution.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Develop, write and present proposals.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • A great communicator.
